UCAM vendor toolkit
The UCAM Supplier/Vendor Support Toolkit is designed to simplify and streamline how our campus community accesses high-quality, proven suppliers and vendors and to empower schools, colleges, units and departments to move forward confidently with their marketing project needs, particularly when UCAM resources aren’t immediately available.
This toolkit connects you with pre-vetted vendors that meet Wayne State University standards for quality, compliance and brand alignment. With this toolkit, you're provided a trusted starting point that will save time, reduce risk and support your project’s success. It will also help you navigate the necessary onboarding requirements a selected supplier or vendor may need before work begins.
Use this toolkit when:
- UCAM doesn’t have the capacity to support your project directly
- You’re looking for trusted vendors that align with university standards
- You want to get started quickly and need guidance on who to contact
This document answers many but not all of the questions you may have when hiring a supplier or vendor, and not all steps in this process apply to every supplier and vendor. If you're unsure whether UCAM can assist directly, please reach out to our Project Management team. They will clarify next steps and guide you in the right direction.
